The site domitillekiger.com is published by AUDEO, a SASU with share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under no. 982 664 054. This policy describes how your personal data is collected, used and protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679).

Through the brief form
When you send a brief through the contact form, the following data is collected: first name, last name, company, role, email address, date and time of the event, city and venue of the event, number of attendees, audience level, presence of the executive team, main challenge, expected outcome, planned implementation and success indicators.
All of this data is provided voluntarily by you and is necessary in order to send you a suitable proposal.
Browsing data
This site uses no tracking cookies, no third party analytics tool (no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel), and no advertising tracking technology. No browsing data is collected or stored.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is collected for the following purposes:
Responding to your brief request: getting back to you, understanding your context and sending you a tailored proposal.
Internal follow up: organizing the handling of the requests received.
Your data is never used for commercial prospecting, targeted advertising, or resale to third parties.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data rests on your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR), given by voluntarily submitting the brief form.
5. Recipients of the data
AUDEO, represented by Domitille Kiger, is the sole recipient of your data.
The following technical subcontractors are involved in the processing:
Infomaniak Network SA (hosting of the site and of the email server, Switzerland). Infomaniak is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and offers an adequate level of protection recognized by the European Commission.
No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Retention period
Your data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from your last contact. Beyond that period, it is deleted.
You can request the deletion of your data at any time (see section 7).
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
Right of access: to obtain confirmation that data concerning you is being processed and to receive a copy of it.
Right to rectification: to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure: to request the deletion of your data.
Right to restriction: to request the restriction of the processing of your data.
Right to portability: to receive your data in a structured, machine readable format.
Right to object: to object to the processing of your data.
To exercise any of these rights, send your request through the contact form on the site or by post to the registered office of AUDEO.
You will receive a reply within a maximum of 30 days.
If you believe that the processing of your data breaches the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, the French data protection authority), 3 Place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France, cnil.fr.
8. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS encryption). The brief form is protected against spam by a honeypot system and by rate limiting per IP address. Access to the email server is secured with STARTTLS through Infomaniak's SMTP server.
9. Cookies
This site uses no cookies. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies. No consent banner is therefore required.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. In case of a substantial change, a notice will be added to the site.
