For more than ten years, Domitille Kiger has organized and led large formation world records, where more than 200 skydivers from across the planet have to synchronize to the second. Every jump brings together the same ingredients as a corporate transformation: meticulous preparation, a decision under pressure, trust in the collective. It is in that space, between the exit from the aircraft and the opening of the parachute, that her conviction was born.
